The hotel itself had a simple and solid decor, which some may consider outdated but was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, leaving no room for complaints. Additionally, the breakfast offered was basic but satisfactory. I would gladly return to Hotel Promenade and recommend it to others.
